"What a phenomenal apartment! It was so clean and perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). The apartment balcony is facing the pool, where there is a large turfed green space for kids to play (ours did gymnastics). "Customer service and communication were excellent, and the staff were really friendly. The location was fantastic and parking was conveniently close and good value. The apartment itself was nice but needed a deep clean. We planned to use the washing machine, but it had a strong unpleasant odour, and there was mould inside the rim and the detergent drawer. "Pros: The view was beautiful, and the apartment was spacious and clean. Cons: There were a couple of things that concerned me within the apartment due to safety reasons. The main one was no shelf or slip mat in the shower. This meant having to bend down every time you needed soap or body wash or shampoo. Not good on a slippery floor. The next thing, a minor detail, no toaster, presumably the oven was to be used."
