"Medicore, over-priced (even with Expedia discount), and disappointing. Front desk staff provided no information about hotel at check-in (wifi, breakfast, room location, check-out time) and even tried to send me the "door code" by email. This is not an independent hotel but a Best Western and no longer uses key cards. She struggled to find a pen and paper when I insisted she write it down. "This was a very cute bed and breakfast. The house was lovely and so were the rooms. There was a fireplace in the room, which was a nice touch.The staff was helpful and very sweet. Complementary cookies, wine, tea, and coffee. In the morning when we went down for breakfast, there was a note saying that the water was off for some reason and so they gave us a gift certificate to a nearby breakfast place that was wonderful. Great customer service. Would recommend this place to everyone."
