Layout & Mobility Note (please read): This is a split-level home. You enter on a half-level that has no bedrooms or bathrooms. All 5 bedrooms and all 3 bathrooms are up or down a flight of stairs, so this home may not suit guests with mobility challenges.

- A quiet, neighbor-friendly home: no parties or events, quiet hours 8 PM to 8 AM (max 12 guests per city ordinance; STR permit #STR-24-21).
- Dogs welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. No cats, please (allergies). Keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them.

- Trash: please roll the bins to the curb on collection days for pickup.

Parking: Driveway and garage. Please don`t block neighbors` driveways or mailboxes. No boats, trailers or ATVs. Street parking needs the permit provided at the house. Dogs are welcome when they are on your reservation and paid for. No cats. Keep pets off the furniture. No running, diving or glass by the pool. Supervise children. Pool equipment is off limits. Gas fire pit: never leave it unattended, and turn it off when you are done. Trash pickup is Friday: roll the bins to the curb after 5 PM Thursday or by 7 AM Friday, lids closed. Everyone staying overnight must be on your reservation. Ask before early check-in or late check-out. Stays of 28+ nights sign our Extended Stay Agreement, with a photo ID and selfie check used only to confirm who signs.
