I tried to call the host and had no answer until they text me and then called once I said there was a man. Then the host tried to tell me they’d try to contact other guests to see if it’s them and that because he wasn’t screaming or banging on our door we should be fine. We left immediately and requested a refund for one night and they refused and...

"I took pictures that depict the house more accurately. The outside is not being kept up. Fence was being held up by straps connected to the back patio, kitchen floor peeling and uneven, bath towels had holes, stain on master bed comforter and clear packing tape covering holes in flooring. The neighborhood was less than desirable. Not the standards we expect from VRBO rental."
