"Quiet, comfortable, easy instructions as to locks. Could use instructions for TV use. Good internet. Microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer including ice cubes. Nice outdoor space. Easy access to restaurants and stores. Bed very confortable. We were celebrating our 43rd anniversary and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend."

"Room was great, tasting room was awesome, hosts were the best. All around great stay!"

"This is the perfect location for privacy but still close to downtown New Braunfels. Easy access to 725 that takes you to I35. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return. Excellent hosts with excellent communication. Very clean, comfortable beds, everything we needed was provided. "

"Great place to stay. Clean and had everything we needed for our stay."

"Really hip space but up a fairly long set of stairs. That makes for a lot of privacy and great balcony view, but you are going to have to carry all your luggage and supplies up and down that elegant flight. It really is a well curated and peaceful space however."

"I took time to write a genuine review with honest ratings and feedback. Since VRBO does not think it met guidelines to post and requested I read a book of "guidelines" to decipher what was not acceptable - here is my revised review."
