⇢ No parties or events are allowed on the property.
⇢ Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please be respectful to our neighbors.
⇢ Linens are included on all beds.
⇢ Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess.
⇢ Subletting not allowed.
⇢ No smoking indoors is allowed. This includes electronic cigarettes, vapes, and hookahs.
⇢ We kindly request that you treat our house with care and respect.

DISCLAIMER

Please keep in mind that the island’s power system is still not at full capacity from the damage cause by natural disasters. While we are fortunate to have power and running water, there could be voltage drops (these are not usual but are a possibility) as the systems keeps connecting other areas. This may affect the availability of power, running water, and internet. We hope this doesn’t happen to you, but please let us know if it does. The house has a gas generator and a water tank that will supplement your needs while water and gas supply lasts.
