Spacious 1BR Studio Getaway Near to Beach and Airport

Welcome to our private 1 Bedroom Studio in the heart of Carolina, just minutes away from the stunning Isla Verde Beach and the International Airport. This well-appointed studio offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a twin-sized bed (A/C included), a full bathroom with a hot shower, a comfortable living room space, and a private parking spot.
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the studio 24/7. You can come and go as you please. Additionally, there’s an open space in the back of the studio that you’ll have access to, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
Interaction with Guests
Your privacy is our priority. It’s likely you won’t see me during your stay, but I’m always available if you need anything. You might encounter guests in the neighboring unit, who are usually very respectful. If you have any questions or need assistance, just send me a message via VRBO, and I’ll respond promptly.

No Pets.

The Neighborhood Overview
This spacious studio is ideally located near the best that Carolina and San Juan have to offer. You’ll be steps away from beautiful beaches, convenient stores, gas stations, restaurants, banks, and grocery stores. Explore the area on foot or take advantage of the bikes available out front. Your home away from home awaits!
Just 15 minutes away, you’ll find the International Airport, Condado, Isla Verde hotels, Santurce, The Mall of San Juan, and the historic Old San Juan.

*Please note: Past guests have mentioned that they appreciated knowing about the nearby convenience stores and the quiet, residential nature of the area before booking.

The Studio is located in a mostly quiet neighborhood, occasionally you could hear birds, dogs and music but they are not a common inconvenience.

The exterior of the house and entrance haven’t been remodeled and still needs work to be done, however the studio interior is a cozy and quiet place to relax away from the estres and noise of the city.
Getting Around
Uber is readily available and typically costs about $10-$15 to get anywhere in town. Many areas are walkable, or you can use the bikes provided out back. Enjoy your stay!
