We stayed at this hotel for one night and unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the price or expectations. To start with the positives: the view was beautiful, the pool area was lovely, and we appreciated being allowed to check in an hour early. We were also greeted with champagne, which was a nice touch. However, once we got to the room, things quickly went downhill. The room was much smaller than expected. The shower looked like it had just been used, and there were stains on the bed sheets that appeared to be blood. The fridge was making a loud noise that sounded like an electrical issue. We immediately notified the front desk about the sheets and the fridge. Instead of offering to move us to another room, they said someone would come up to change the sheets and maintenance would fix the fridge. We went out to dinner, assuming everything would be handled while we were gone. When we returned, the maintenance had not been completed and we were unable to access our room. After traveling all day, this was extremely frustrating. Around 9:30 PM, we were finally told the room was ready. Upon going back in, we noticed the area underneath the fridge had not been properly cleaned — there were leftover flower petals from a previous guest. To make matters worse, after the “maintenance,” the fridge began leaking. At no point did the front desk offer any form of compensation or courtesy for the repeated inconveniences. Overall, this hotel is extremely overpriced
