Modern beach apartment / near airport

Our apartment has a modern beach design. It is an efficiency studio apartment, includes all the kitchen essentials, towels, hair dryer and more. Furnished with a king size bed and also has a futon sofa bed. Our apartment is 5 minutes from the airport, next to 5 star hotels, on the main avenue in Isla Verde, and easy short walk to the beach. It is perfect for the vacationer or the business traveler.

Our apartment is in the center of Isla Verde Avenue in Puerto Rico. It offers a balcony complete with table and two chairs with a partial view of the ocean. We provide for you beach and bath towels for clean bedding, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, cook top stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer. There is an inverter air conditioner. The king size bed can accommodate 2 people comfortably and there is a plush futon available. There is also a 50" ROKU TV, cable, and free WIFI. We do offer short or long term rental stays.

There is a pool available for guests and residences. At the pool there is an area with tables, bench's, and BBQ's. Laundry facility is available on site (coin operated). One parking spot, on first come basis. The complex also has a 24 hour security guard on site.

One parking spot for the apartment, on a first come basis. You will be required to have the parking sticker & beeper, which we will provide upon notice that you will utilizing a car.

The complex also has a 24 hour security guard on site.

Each apartment in the complex is individually owned. We are not responsible or have control over disruptions coming from other apartments or outside. There is a set time limit for any owner that may have any disruptions of construction noise, it is 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday-Friday, no holidays.

The SJU airport is 5 minutes away. Old San Juan is about a 15 minute drive. Along avenue Isla Verde you will find a variety of local food restaurants as well as your typical fast food restaurants. There is also Walgreens and CVS close by. Pueblo Grocery store is a short 5 minute walk from the condo. The beach is about a 5 minute walk. The apartment is also right next to San Juan Hotel and The Intercontinental.

There is always taxi services available at all times. Bus stops up and down Isla Verde Avenue.
Uber is also available and recommended.
Rental car facilities are available as well. HUGE PLUS: This unit is equipped with a whole home battery backup system that will power the entire unit during power outages..
