The minimum age to rent is 18 years old.

VISITORS: Only allowed for short periods of time and may not stay overnight on the property. If someone needs to stay overnight, please register them in your reservation, as long as the total number of guests and/or vehicles does not exceed the allowed maximum capacity.

Reservations are not allowed for people who will not be staying at the property. The person who books must be present at all times.

The property has rates based on the number of guests to account for additional costs and materials provided for your convenience (like towels). If you do not book for the correct number of guests, extra guests will not receive these materials and your reservation may be canceled at any time without a refund.

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking inside will result in a $250 fine.

The infrastructure in Puerto Rico is subject to unexpected outages of electricity, water, and internet. These services may be interrupted during your stay. No refunds will be issued for such interruptions caused by the municipality, government agencies, or natural disasters.

Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge, ranging from a base fee to the cost of an extra night`s stay.
