Disclosure: Since Hurricane Maria hit PR on 2017 the apartment complex are fighting with the insurance and vacancies. Finally our building is being paint. This issue do not affect the habitability, safety, interior or apartment.

Late checkout or early check-in = this is an apartment complex and you can hear the eco on the stairs. We had some complaints about noises. We want our community happy, for this reason if you want to do a late check-in (after 8pm) you will need to leave your luggage in the car until the next morning. If you need a early checkout (before 7am) please leave your luggage on your car the day before.
