The Space:

This third-floor apartment is the full version of Apartment 3A, combining three bedrooms with one full bathroom shared by the unit. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the second combines a double bed with two single beds, and the third adds a double bed plus a sofa bed — a flexible layout for larger groups. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster, with a dining table for shared meals. A patio or balcony offers a spot to step outside.



Electricity Management



Please be aware that utility interruptions are common throughout Puerto Rico. Since power grid failures are an island-wide issue beyond our control, our property cannot be held responsible for unexpected blackouts.

While we do not have a backup power system on-site, we recommend keeping your personal devices charged whenever power is available and exercising caution during any outages.



Water Supply



Water service interruptions can occur across the island without prior notice, often due to country-wide water rationing measures managed by local authorities. As these outages stem from municipal infrastructure and government rationing, they are entirely outside our responsibility as an accommodation.

Because our property does not have backup water tanks, we will provide bottled water for your stay, with the quantity determined based on the length of your stay and the number of guests.



Hurricane and Storm Policy



While we strive to provide a safe and comfortable stay, we cannot control nature or municipal utility failures.

Refunds: No refunds of any kind will be issued for weather-related causes or general utility outages in Puerto Rico.

Flexibility: In the event of a named atmospheric phenomenon, we offer the option to reschedule your stay, subject to calendar availability.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.

Check-in is self-guided through a door code, with free parking available on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Miramar is a quiet, tree-lined residential neighborhood in San Juan, known for its historic homes and easy access to Condado's beaches and restaurants, as well as Old San Juan's colonial streets. It's a comfortable, central base for travelers who want a calmer setting close to the city's main attractions.



Getting Around:

Miramar sits centrally in San Juan, within easy reach of Condado, Santurce and Old San Juan by car or rideshare. Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Arrival & Departure

- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 11:00 AM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.



Paid Add-Ons (Marketplace)

- Optional paid amenities are available as add-on services, orderable through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook after booking — such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, or birthday balloons.



Keep in Mind (House Rules)

- Parties, smoking, or loud gatherings aren't permitted.

- Quiet hours: 10 PM-7 AM.



Online Check-In and Verification

- Once you complete your online check-in, you'll receive the instructions to access the property.

- A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease; by completing your reservation you agree to our rental terms and conditions.

- To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.
