AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no face towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. Walgreens is walking distance.

SPACE: This unit located on the second floor; The unit has flat screen tv with WIFI and a DVD PLAYER on the side available for you to use. Open kitchen with refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils for your breakfast or basic meals.
This space is comfortable for lounging, having a drink, and planning your next move during your vacation. The dining table can fit up to 4 people comfortably. There are enough place settings (dishes, silverware, serving plates, etc.) for a nice dinner in or you may step outside in the small terrace.
LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN: The living/dining room/kitchen designed and great for having your morning coffee to plan your day.

PARKING: If available, parking is offered only upon request. Availability of one space is not guaranteed and may be subject to limited capacity. While we strive to accommodate our guests, please note that parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend checking with our staff for alternative parking options if needed.
LOCATION: Conveniently located near the expressway, our property offers easy access for travelers. Please be aware that proximity to the expressway may result in some traffic noise. While the convenience of nearby transportation is a plus, guests who are sensitive to noise may wish to take this into consideration when booking their stay.

Second bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED for 2 guests, side tables lamp, dresser, A/C unit, Ceilings fan, closet with cloth hangers.
Third bedroom is equipped with 2 FULL SIZE BED for 2 or 4 guests, table lamp, A/C unit, Ceilings fan, open closet with cloth hangers, desk with chair.

LOCATION: The Isla Verde Area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico. Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag".
You will never have been bored in Isla Verde. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located. Its location in the heart of Isla Verde puts it close to all the important hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, shops and cultural areas.
For a short beach vacation, a car is not needed, the apartment has an amazing location, and you can find anything you will need within walking distance.

NOTE: The complex located near to the express way and can be a little noisy but is near to everything.

Remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
We will have as much or as little interaction. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a message with few questions. After that you will receive another message which includes all the important check in instructions. Once settled in the apartment, most guests love to just enjoy the vacation on their own. After all, this is your place during your stay. So welcome to your vacation home.
