This apartment has all the comforts of your home and amenities for your vacation trip. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with king-sized bed and queen-sized pull-out sofa is equipped to sleep up to 4 guests.
The space
Whether it's relaxing in the sun, taking in the sites of the bustling city, or relaxing with friends- this apartment is the perfect destination to escape to for a weekend getaway or week-long stay.
The space is complete with a bedroom with California king bed, kitchen, dining room table, living room with sitting area and pull-out queen sofa, in-wall a/c units, 50-inch TV, High-speed Internet, and washer and dryer inside the apartment.
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials.
Guest access
The apartment is on the second floor, you must be able to climb stairs, there is no elevator. Guest will have access to the entire apartment and one parking space.
The guest will be provided with one set of keys and a remote for the garage. Lost or missing keys/remotes will be charged at a cost of $100.00 per set of keys. Please make sure you don't lose your keys and return them upon departure.

Respect the neighborhood and the community
Quiet hours on site will start from 9 PM to 9 AM daily. This means no loud yelling, profanities, music speakers, etc. OUTSIDE of your listing as the police department and/or health department will show up if they are called. If this does happen, this will require your immediate removal from the property without a refund. THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED
Other things to note
We strive to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide one bath towel per guest and one beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least two beach chairs.
We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel-size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one dish soap, and one dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
Late Check-out: We provide the option of a late check-out at a rate of $15 per hour. This allows you to extend your check-out time from the standard 11 AM to 2 PM. However, if you require an extension beyond 2 PM, a full extra day will be charged.
