We manage multiple apartments in the same building, from studios to larger multi-bedroom units, and may be able to accommodate groups across several private apartments.

For travelers who want the convenience of working remotely without giving up a walkable Condado vacation, this comfortable studio offers an easy balance of work and play.

Parking: On-site parking is limited and available by request. A public parking lot is located nearby, and street parking may also be available. Because Condado is highly walkable and Uber is widely available throughout San Juan, many guests choose not to rent a car.

Building: This apartment is located in a multi-unit building with shared common areas, including the courtyard, outdoor shower, and coin-operated laundry.

Neighborhood: Condado is a lively urban neighborhood, so some city and street noise is possible.

We ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and be considerate of other guests and our neighbors.

As with many tropical destinations, occasional insects and temporary utility interruptions can occur. If anything needs attention during your stay, please let us know right away so our team has the opportunity to help.

We work hard to keep everything in great condition, and if anything isn’t quite right during your stay, we’ll respond quickly to fix it. In the rare event something can’t be repaired, or an issue is truly beyond our control, we’ll explore other options — but please give us the opportunity to make things right first. We strive to provide a 5-star experience for all of our guests.
