Centric Condo with Lagoon View, Steps to the Beach & La Concha Resort

You will be staying in a centrally located apartment in the heart of Condado only two small blocks (300 feet/100m) from La Concha Resort and Casino, beautiful contemporary decor, spacious 3 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms.

Recently renovated with new floors, doors, paint and furnishings (Oct 2025).

We are on the 3rd floor with updated Elevator.

Air Conditioning units in Each sleeping bedroom (sorry, only fans in living room).

The home has full kitchen, washer & dryer, WIFI, HDTV. Our place also has views to the Condado Lagoon from our living room and from balcony (limited).

You will be staying only a few steps (less than 300 feet/100 meters) from La Ventana al Mar (Beach can be accessed through this park), across from the park there are boutiques, you can relax at Spas, visit souvenir shops, local and international restaurants and of course the surf and sand that our island is know for...

The Old San Juan is only 3 miles away (4.5 km) where you can explore 16th century Spanish forts (Castillo San Felipe del Morro and San Cristobal) and other historical sites (Museo de Las Americas, Contemporary Museum of Art, Paseo la Princesa, Parque de las Palomas), the San Juan Nautical Club (1 mile away/1.8km), Isla Grande airport (2 miles/3.6 km) and Puerto Rico Convention Center (2 miles away).

Rob & Lali were awesome hosts, great communication, and instructions. They were incredibly responsive to questions. The property was great within walking distance to good food with lots of options and beaches. Easy Uber to sites and sounds of Old San Juan and other attractions.

Thanks go out to Rob and Lali. We appreciated your help in working through our accommodations and your quick responses to my messages. Everything was as described in the posting. Location is excellent and the unit was very clean. Be advised that there is no AC in the living areas but with the bedroom doors open (which have AC) and the two large standing fans the apt cools off to be very comfortable. For the price and location 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is a steal. Thank you.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. It was overall a great experience with the exception of a parking issue with our neighboring parking spot. But the host took care of it immediately which we appreciated very much! The condo had everything we needed. The apartment probably needs a few upgrades but that’s just personal preference. I would definitely recommend this location. It’s a prime area and close to everything!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in San Juan! The space is perfect for families or groups, with three spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The main bedroom is a real highlight, featuring its own private bathroom—such a nice convenience. The additional bathroom is located in the hallway, making it easily accessible for the other two rooms, which worked out perfectly for our group.Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up to make our stay enjoyable. The layout is very practical, and we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan!

Perfect Location

Pros: The location of this apartment is next to everything. Food was literally a 2 minute walk, the beach was a 5 minute walk, and it was very convenient to get around. We had 4 people in our party and the apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The owner was very nice and responsive when I had questions. The wifi worked and transportation for UBER was quick and convenient.Cons: The place is outdated, a lot of broken items in the home. The doors were hard to close.This place is good for families but for friends who may split apart and do different activities, this is not a good option. There is only 1 key and you would have to coordinate with the key holder to gain access inside. There is no working keypad for easy access for multiple guests. The key to the main door stopped working halfway through our trip. The elevator broke the day before check out. The reason my rating is low is due to the lack of accommodation from the owner. We arrived at this location at 4:10pm, which is after check in time. We had to wait over an hour for someone to bring the key. Then when we entered the apartment, there were three people inside who started to fix items and they did not leave for an additional 20 minutes. So we did not get the place to ourselves until close to 6:00pm. I understand things happen but when I attempted to ask for an hour late check out which should have been offered due to the inconvenience, it was denied. Other than this, it was a good stay.

A rundown apartment at a convenient location

This apartment is old and needs a major overhaul, especially in the kitchen. The neighborhood was good, with lots of restaurants, and a walking distance from a nice beach with corals and calm waters. An Uber ride to the Old City or nearby Walmart was 5-7. The dishwasher, cloth washer and dryer were in the working condition, but the fridge looked like one from the butcher's shop. The appt has two full bathrooms (which is a rarity in SJ), but the toilets didn't look like they were cleaned. The TV had been connected to a Netflix account, and we enjoyed free movies. There's no AC in the living room, which was missed dearly during the evening. We did not like that the AC unit in one of the smaller bedrooms had a distinct smell. Half of the beach chairs had been broken - check before you take them to the beach. We had a good time in San Juan but we're not likely to stay in this place again.

The lockbox was difficult to find and the first box did not contain the key, the remote to the garage was also difficult as the button was somewhat damaged and we didn't know there were so many different gates and we didn't know which gate was the right one. After we finally figured it out, it was fine. Arriving after dark didn't help. The parking is seriously small and you can't exit the vehicle on the passenger side if there is another car next to you. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Close to shopping and dining options. Overall it was more than adequate and we enjoyed our stay.

we enjoyed the location and everything was as shown in the listing. However, there were a lot of things that were 'almost' broken or already broken.The door to the hall bathroom was very difficult to use. Our fellow travelers apparently use knives on the counters, so all the knives are dull, chipped or bent. I wouldn't replace them either if folks can use the cutting boards that are all over the place.The blender barely turned on and the carafe was the wrong size for the base. All in all, though, we found the hosts to be responsive and helpful. The parking instructions were accurate and all the keys worked (if you jiggled them). there was a beautiful view from the living room of the lagoon.

Great location

The condo was clean, location was perfect. Bars, restaurants, lagoon, casino … all a short walk from the front door, but the place was safe, quiet and cooled off really well. Highly recommended for families.

Perfect place for Condado

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was perfect and accommodations were more than sufficient for our vacation. We found everything clean, with lots of little ammenities for the beach and such. We were initially concerned that there was not central AC (my in-laws are older) but found that we didn’t need it. AC in the bedrooms was great for sleeping, and the island breeze kept things cool in the rest of the house. Would definitely book again.

Awesome Puerto Rico VRBO

Me, my wife, mom, dad, and brother stayed at this VRBO for a friend's wedding. We had a great time! A ton of space. The person who greeted us at the VRBO was very nice and showed us all the amenities for the VRBO, including beach chairs that we used at the beach! The only inconvenience was that the gate control stopped working and it took a few days to get it figured out, so we had to park elsewhere.
