The pool can be heated to a max temperature of between 75 - 80 degrees, with an additional cost of $50 per day. Please notify us in advance, or at least 1-2 days before check-in, to ensure that we can have it heated before your arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked.

20 min drive to beach, nearby San Juan Capistrano has downtown shopping and restaurants, Hiking and biking trail access from the neighborhood.

We love dogs! 🐶 Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $100 non-refundable fee per pet, per stay.

Please note:

    •    Max 2 dogs (no cats or puppies under 1 year)

    •    Pick up after your pet (bags provided)

    •    Excessive barking or damage may result in extra charges

    •    Unregistered pets = $250 fee
