Casas de Férias em San Juan Capistrano, CA

"Overall a decent stay. One of the bedroom beds we could not use because the mattress was poor. It was also very inconvenient to not have access to a remote to open the garage so every time we came back to the unit we had to walk around through the unit to open it to then park our car. The floors were also very dirty. The unit was big and spacious for our family and in a nice area."

"Property managers were very easy to work with and communicate."

"Great 3 night stay. However, front door, electronic lock would stick. Great pool area, which was commonly shared with community but unit only provided two beach towels for a five bedroom accommodation. Multiple lightbulbs burned out. Hot tub used but water and chemicals seem to be low. Electronic check-in might be somewhat difficult for someone IT challenged. Would probably use again! The pool area was outstanding."

"Beautiful sunset off the upper stairs bedroom! Really nice place and has everything we needed. You can tell it is truly taken care of by the family. We enjoyed the short walks to the water, coastal breezes, and relaxing afternoons in the backyard with well maintained indoor/outdoor greenery! Thanks for a nice stay."

"Amazing property!!!! Excellent location. Clean, updated and great AC!! The host communication was superb. One of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had and we will certainly return."

"Amazing place. Super clean. Appears to a brand new property and the hosts were very responsive. Rooftop is awesome. Was a perfect escape, will stay again!"

"A five star stay!"

"This place was amazing and exactly what we needed for our teen/tween kids and their friends this summer. The location was phenomenol and the 2 parking spots were key, given the condo’s close proximity to the beach. The house was well equipped with everything for the beach vacation we desired. Ocean swims, beautiful sunsets, surfing, pier walks, beach trail walks, biking, strolling to town for dinner, riding the trolley, and exploring the nearby beaches left us feeling very satisfied. The...

"What a fantastic stay at a lovely house! Beautiful ocean view from Master Bedroom. Perfect location, many beaches within a short walking distance (1 block), a handful of fantastic restaurants also within walking distance. It was so nice not having to use our car. We just did a quick getaway from our home in La Jolla, CA. The host was very easy to communicate with, had a small hiccup with the TV and he was over within minutes to fix it, as well as being helpful with recommendations of where to...

"Great view."

"Location on Oak St was perfect. Close to restaurants, the beach, shops. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms. Dishwasher was not working so I let the owner know so she could get it repaired. There were beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels, making our beach days easy."

"This rental is just one block from the PCH and is centrally located in one of the best areas of Laguna Beach in my opinion. The unit was as described and pictured. The courtyard area is private and very nice if you want to sit outside to read or hang out. The rental is on the smaller side but it's Laguna Beach. Who's spending their time inside? Overall this property had what we needed and worked perfectly for our trip."

"arrived at property and multiple cars in driveway. did not enter and forced to dispute as the host was non responsive to any messages."

"The unit was very nice, spacious, and the cleanest rental I have ever been in! Ping was responsive and accommodating. I would stay again."

"It was clean, had what we needed. It is close to the beach and shopping. Also we were able to park off the street. There were beach towels & toys. That was a nice touch."

"Note to future renters: there are no ceiling fans. If you're someone who likes to have air moving, pack a travel size fan. There are also no tvs in the bedrooms. The living room is okay. 1 comfy couch and 2 sitting chairs. If you're group is larger than 3 it's not a great community area, but it's the only chill option. The backyard is great, but could use more seating. This home is close to LOTS of stores and restaurants and only a 15 minute drive to the beach. The neighborhood is lively. Cars...
