We would like to host you in our exclusive Loft 305, located in Caobos Center, standing out for its location in the pink area of the City. With the comforts of home.

Loft located on the 3rd floor, the building does not have an elevator. We don't provide hot shower service.

We offer additional PARKING service, please check rate and availability before booking. Daily cost 15,000cop
Guest access
Porter video system with magnetic card and smart lock, Easy access by main avenues of the city. In case you need private parking could be pre-coordinated, its price is not included.
Other things to note
In case you need iron and hair dryer you can be requested and we will lend you the cooperation. Apply during administrative hours from 8 am to 6 pm.

The apartment is an ideal place for business and family trips, to have an excellent stay in Cúcuta, so it is not suitable for parties or noisy guests.
