This pet-friendly farmhouse in Località Sant'Andrea welcomes up to 10 guests and offers a cozy and authentic Tuscan stay with free Wi-Fi. The ground floor includes a kitchen with all essentials and a living/dining area with a double sofa bed and satellite TV. One bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom are also located here. On the first floor, you'll find another spacious kitchen with fireplace, two more bedrooms (one double, one with bunk beds), a second living room with a sofa bed, and two bathrooms, making it ideal for large families or groups.

The property features both a private garden and access to a beautifully landscaped 3000 m² shared garden. Guests can unwind by the large 17×6 m shared swimming pool (open May–October) surrounded by nature. A shared washing machine adds convenience, while outdoor furniture invites alfresco dining and evening relaxation under the stars.

Located just 4 km from the medieval town of San Gimignano, famous for its iconic towers, UNESCO status, and the frescoes in the Collegiate Church, this farmhouse is a gateway to Tuscany’s rich history. Take scenic day trips to Siena (30 km), Volterra (33 km), or Florence (58 km).
