Secluded 2 bd cottage near Seacliff

The space
My two bedroom apartment is located in the beautiful San Francisco neighborhood of Richmond District/Seacliff.

It's a 2bdrm bungalow style that was built in 1907 and hence, has lots of character. Hardwood floors, a spacious living room and a delightful garden out back (smoking allowed outside) are some of the inviting features of this classic home which is located a few blocks from beautiful Baker Beach.
Access to fully equipped Kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Dining Table for 2 to 4 people. Full Bathroom with shower over tub. Cable TV and Free WIFI. Free daily and overnight street parking (guests should observe signs posted on each street regarding street cleaning schedules and parking restrictions).

My home, while technically an apartment, feels more like a cozy cottage. There are no neighbors above or below. There is a coin operated laundry room connected to the main apartment building and a driveway which is shared amongst neighbors.

While smoking is not allowed inside, you can puff to your heart's content out back in the garden. A cat normally lives here but will be off site during your visit.

Great produce markets, restaurants, cafes and bookstores are all within easy walking distance - as is Golden Gate Park and even the Golden Gate Bridge!
The convenient 1 California bus stops just two blocks away every 5 minutes and will get you downtown in 30 minutes or so. The 38 Geary bus - also a main line to downtown - is just four blocks away.

You'll have your own private entrance directly from the driveway (the flat is on the ground floor). The entire floor is yours so feel free to explore it. You're also welcome to use the beautiful back garden
