Inside as described
John was amazingly easy to work with and exceptionally attentive before and during our stay. For example, responses were almost immediate and wash clothes were delivered quickly.
We were in unit 4 which looks similar to the pictures of unit 2. The building is newly remodeled with secure entry through two locked doors on street level. The kitchen was well-stocked with the unexpected ... coffee, condiments, paper towels, etc. Bathrooms were similiarly well stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and necessities. We enjoyed our stay.
A few things to consider: We were two couples while the trundle bed in the twin room does not elevate. The ground floor restaurant below the master has an outdoor patio which can be lively until about 10 pm. There are great restaurants and bars starting two blocks in either direction while the area in between by The 101 not surprisingly houses some of San Francisco’s homeless. We found a parking space outside on the street for all six days.
