This newly remodeled 2BR/1BA loft with a sofa bed comfortably sleeps 3–5 guests, making it perfect for business travelers, families, or friends. Enjoy the stylish, vintage-inspired decor and all the amenities needed for a cozy, convenient stay in the Bay Area. Paid parking is available upon request and availability.



The Space:

The listing has 2 bedroom 1 bath with full kitchen and a sofabed in the living area. There is paid parking of $10 per night but reservation is required in advance.

There is no washer in the listing but laundromat is just 2 mins walk from the property.



Other Things to Note:

To enhance security measures for our guests and the property, we will be sending an online registration link to your email. This link will contain preliminary questions that need to be answered. Additionally, we might request a copy of your ID to verify the individual who will be staying. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring the safety of our guests and premises.



PARKING

We have paid parking spots available in front of the house for $10 per night per spot or $150 per month. It is a first pay first serve basis. If the spots are full and occupied already, there is residential street parking but might be a bit far from the house. Please keep in mind of street cleaning signs.



CHECKING OUT/ CLEANING

Check out time is at 10AM. Double check for all your belongings. Please notify me when you have left.



Please also NOTE:

1) We have an exterior camera outside only.

2) There might be another guests downstairs, so there might be potential noise possible but we try our best to remind all our guests to be very respectful of others and the neighbors.



For guests planning to stay with us for more than 28 days please note that we require a background check process through a secure site online for $49 fee.

We would also require employment letters or internship letters or recent payslip as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests.



Also, there will be an additional utility fee of $150 per month for long term stays.



We love welcoming pets at no additional cost! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please follow our pet guidelines:

1. No pets on furniture or beds – Help us keep our space clean and cozy for all guests. Please bring your pet’s bedding.

2. Leash required in shared common areas – For the safety and comfort of everyone, please keep your pet on a leash in communal spaces.

3. Breed approval required – Kindly mention your pet’s breed when booking for approval.

4. Responsible pet ownership – While there’s no pet fee, we ask that you keep our furniture clean and free from damage. Any damages caused by pets will be the owner’s responsibility.
