The space Welcome to your perfect luxury retreat in San Diego. This family-friendly home is centrally located and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity you need—making it ideal for families and groups alike.
This home is a two story home. Comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests, the home offers inviting living spaces and a private home theater with an impressive 150-inch screen—perfect for movie nights and unforgettable gatherings.

Kitchen/Dining: (downstairs) - Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, plates, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, blender, and more (kids utensils, plates/bowls, cups, and high chair also available) - Full Coffee bar with K Cup functionality + Instant and drip coffee
Living Room: (downstairs) - Comfortable seating for all - 55 inch smart TV - High speed internet - Multiple board games and poker set

House Rules: •Please be respectful of the neighbors. Do not disturb or use neighbor's driveway. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood. •No loud noise or music past 9 PM •Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater. •Adult supervision of children on the property at all times. •Adult supervision of children while using the pool & hot tub. •No Shoes inside the property. All shoes can be placed on the shoe rack provided. •No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls. •No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected. •Checkin time is 4 PM - 12 AM •Checkout time is 10 AM. •No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) •No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up. •No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture •No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, etc. •No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request) •No Pets
After the reservation is confirmed, we will ask you to agree to our house rules and for a government issued ID. Both are required for access to the home. Guest access We provide a contactless self check-in through the front door with access to the entire house.
Parking is available on the driveway as well on on the street. 1 vehicle can fit in the driveway. Multiple can fit on the street. Other things to note ~Trash pick-up (Friday) ~Parking: 1 vehicle will fit comfortably in the driveway.
~Property Disclosures: We have 2, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance, garage, and backyard, which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras within the home.
~Please be mindful and respectful to our neighbors as this is an older residential area. Please note STRICT house rules. This will allow us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests. ~One bath towel and one hand towel per guest (more available upon request) ~NO PARTIES ALLOWED ~NO LOUD MUSIC after 9pm ~NO SHOES, SMOKING, OR PETS inside the home
