Beautiful 4 story town-home in the heart of Mission Beach! You will love staying at this light and airy home nestled between the Pacific Ocean and Sail Bay!

This will be your slice of paradise for the duration of your stay! Each bedroom is on its own level and has its own bathroom, great for a group of friends or family vacation together! Everyone can gather on the main level comfortably in the kitchen/living/dining area or take it outside to the patio and enjoy our perfect San Diego weather!

Level 1: Private garden bedroom with king bed, smart TV, en suite full bath and private entrance right off the patio! Patio has outdoor seating. 1 car garage with washer and dryer, and an extra parking space behind garage!

Level 2: Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances(including dishwasher!), Dining Area, Living room with flat screen smart TV and gas fireplace. Guest Bedroom with queen bed, en-suite full bath with shower.

Level 3: Master Suite with King Bed and a twin bed, private balcony, and bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower.

Level 4: Roof top deck above the trees and peek a boo views of the Ocean and Bay!

We leave you to enjoy this beautiful location with your guests. You won't hear from us unless, of course, there is a question, request or issue with the unit.
However, we will be available by phone at the time of check-in and throughout your stay. Texting gets the quickest response time!

Mission Beach is a laid-back neighborhood whose 2 miles of sandy shores attract surfers, sunbathers and volleyball players. Locals and visitors alike enjoy the paved walking and biking paths that curl around Mission Bay, a popular spot for water sports and family beach days. Casual cafes and eateries line Mission Boulevard, the single road that runs between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. Nearby Belmont Park has tons of dining and entertainment options for all ages in addition to the world-famous Mission Beach boardwalk and Giant Dipper Roller Coaster! Just blocks away from the ocean and bay, you’ll experience the best of the beach!

Be sure to check out all San Diego has to offer! You will find yourself centrally located in America’s Finest City with convenient access to the county's most excellent attractions including the world famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park, Seaport Village and Harbor, prestigious La Jolla, historic Gaslamp Quarter and much more. There are endless opportunities for fun and entertainment!

This property has a one car garage and one off street parking space, so feel free to bring your own vehicles! But restaurants, bars and the beach are all walking distance and the Airport is only a 15 minute drive away. Uber, Lyft, Taxis and the local bus system are readily available for your convenience, as well as bike rental shops up and down popular Mission Blvd.

Pack n play provided.  Pack n Play linens and bedding are not provided, please bring your own!

Pets: Please note that cats are not permitted in our homes. We kindly request that guests limit their furry friend guests to one dog. Host must be notified of pets. Pet agreement must be acknowledged prior to booking confirmation and additional fees may apply.

Good Neighbor Policy: This home is surrounded by OWNER OCCUPIED homes. While we understand the Primary Renter and guests are on vacation, the home owners are not. Therefore, we respectfully request Primary Renter and Guests display behavior that is becoming of a typical neighborhood environment. Home owners across San Diego are banning together to eliminate the rentals of private homes as vacation homes. Please help us preserve our right to rent by being respectful neighbors.

NOISE/NO PARTIES: Quiet hours are strictly enforced, 10 pm – 8 am per city ordinance. This property has ZERO TOLERANCE for noise, parties or loud music which includes any excessive daytime noise, cursing, yelling or screaming. Fines will be applied for complaints. Drinking games of any kind ie: beer die, pong, funnels etc. and music that is audible past the property line are strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction can result if these rules are broken.

San Diego Municipal Code 59.5.0502 states that at all times; any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from the rented residence is prohibited. Between 10 PM and 8 AM, even normal conversation must be moved inside the rented residence. Per SDMC 51.1004 and California Penal Code 415.2 noise violations can result in fines (Up to $1,000) for property owners and Renters if there are repeated calls for noise violations to one address. Renters will be liable for any and ALL noise violation fines charged to the property owner. Excessive Noise disruptions can result in immediate eviction without the right to a refund of rental fees or security deposits.

Drugs/ Alcohol: Use of illegal/illicit drugs by any Renter, Guest, Occupant or Visitor in or on the grounds is strictly prohibited. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by a minor under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.

No Smoking of ANY kind: This is a non-smoking property, both in and on the property. A fee of $1,000.00 will be charged for violation of this rule, plus any costs incurred to remove smoke odor or damage. Smoking includes but is not limited to: cigarette, cigar, marajuana, cocaine, incense, or vaping. While Marajuana is legal in the state of California it is NOT allowed on this property.

Properties are subject to exterior patrol by our staff and homeowner. If Renters are causing a nuisance, having a party, acting detrimentally toward the property, breaking the noise curfew or any stated rules and regulations we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement, without refund, and immediately remove Renters and guests from the property. Absolutely no disturbances are allowed within this home or anywhere on the property premises. We also reserve the right to refuse occupancy if a house party is suspected.

Our neighbors are very, very sensitive to vacation rentals as it affects their right to live in a peaceful environment therefore we will enforce these policies in exchange for the privilege of renting this home as a vacation rental. The City of San Diego has adopted stricter guidelines for vacation properties and bad operators will not be allowed to rent their homes. If the actions of the Renter and their guests are detrimental to our right to rent as a vacation rental we reserve the right to evict and retain any rental fees and/or security deposits and will report abuse to the rental platforms and will take legal action against Renter if their behavior results in loss of permits.

Guest Occupancy:
Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for this Rental Agreement shall not exceed the number stated on the reservation. Only primary Renter and guests accounted for on the reservation are allowed to be on the property.

Age Restrictions: Primary Renter must be 25 years or older. Guests must be 25 years or older. Parents and children excluded.

No Subletting: If Renter can not keep the reservation please alert us as soon as possible so we can assist in re-renting the unit. If the unit is not re-rented and at the rate of the current reservation Renter will not be refunded their rental fees.

If excessive cleaning is needed, Renter will be charged $100/hour, or actual charges, whichever is greater. If area carpets are excessively dirty after check out Renter will be charged a $300 fee for carpet cleaning or full replacement value PLUS any loss in rental income at $500/night.

NO DAILY MAID SERVICE: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. The cleaning fee referenced above shall be applied to the cleaning service after check out. If daily maid service is desired it can be arranged for an additional daily fee.

Missing or damaged items will be charged at full replacement cost. Guest is responsible for all damages.

Kitchen: Cooking at high temperatures can result in strong smells that permeates throughout the home and into the fabrics of the home. Excessive odors can come from, but not limited to, popcorn, fish, certain spices etc. Please open windows, use kitchen fans, and be mindful that this is a shared living space. Should a strong odor be detected upon check out, an air purifying fee will be applied.

Check in / Check out:
Per the contract check in time is 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. Check in and check out times are strictly enforced, please do not enter the property early without permission. Disruption to the contracted cleaning company’s allotted service time will incur a fee.
Upon Vacating, Renters and guests will follow the provided Check-out Procedure.

Hurricane/ Storm Policy/ Pandemic: Mandatory evacuation by State or Federal Authorities will be sufficient cause for refund. Refunds will only be issued for the specific area and for the dates requiring mandatory evacuation. “Shelter in place” is not considered evacuation orders. Travel bans issued by the government will be cause for credit of funds towards future stay within 1 year of original stay date.

City Ordinance/State law: Renters shall not violate city or state ordinances or laws including noise restrictions, parking restrictions and occupancy restrictions.

Breach of Contract: The Owner may immediately terminate this agreement and take possession if; (a) Renter, guest or someone in the Renter’s control seriously threatens to inflict personal injury, or inflicts any personal injury upon the Owner or other guest; (b) Renter, guest or someone in Renter’s control intentionally

This property is exactly as described, if not better. It is very clean, has every kitchen item you could need plus a fantastic array of beach chairs, towels, boogie boards etc. There was plenty of space for my family of 5 with areas for gathering and enjoying meals both inside and outside. The management company is top notch with wonderful communication and a cute little gift bag upon arrival. I definitely recommend this property. Thank you for a great vacation.

We (a group of 8 women doing our yearly college reunion trip...this one our 35th!) rented this place for a 3 day weekend. The house was perfect and very comfortable for us. Decorated really nicely; and a beautiful updated kitchen. Rooftop deck was great (but our weather was cool). Walking distance to tons of restaurants, and we loved that location of San Diego being in between the ocean and the bay. Super charming neighborhood, and great for doing long walks.

We were in San Diego for our daughter’s Law School Graduation. This was a great house for us & our adult children. Everyone had a bedroom with a bathroom which was so nice. It’s 3 levels so there is a fair amount of stairs to manage but was ok for us. This is a super nice beach house in a great location! Absolutely loved our stay! Also great owners!!! Thank you Cindy! Would definitely rent again!

The house is located in a cute little neighborhood right between the beach and the bay, walking distance to both. We loved our stay! The home was even better in person than the photos. Management company was very responsive and checked in on us during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home with everything we needed! Well located! Parking is very narrow—especially for SUV-type vehicles. Master bedroom in on the top floor….air conditioning not well balanced so lower floors were quite cold to make the upper floor comfortable on hot days…..unfortunately, the design of the top floor left little room for windows/natural ventilation. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent management responsiveness. Terrific, walkable location!

Enjoyed this property. The listing is accurate. All rooms were spacious enough to accommodate 5 adults comfortably. There are definitely alot of stairs so if someone in your group is not able bodied, beware. No complaints about anything. We brought our small dog and are grateful this property allowed dogs. We left well rested and another wonderful vacation in San Diego.

Paradise in Mission Beach property is just that...Paradise. We are Arizonan's that vaca in Mission beach every summer. This is one of our favorite locations. The place is very beautiful, clean and located in central Mission Beach with shops and many food options close by. Olive Cafe is a must visit and is just around the corner. The beach is just across the street with the bay just a few houses down. All was just as represented in the VRBO post. We look forward to returning to Paradise in Mission Beach next year!

This rental is all about the great location! We loved the close proximity to the beach and the bay and all the great restaurants within walking distance. You can park your car and walk everywhere during your stay. Photos are a good representation of the unit. We would stay here again.

Our family spent July 1st thru 10th at this awesome beach house. We rented in Mission Beach last year (further south by lifeguard tower 16) and found this location to be much better (near lifeguard tower 19). Things get a little sketchy as you go south towards tower 16 and 15 so we were much happier with this location. Each bedroom is on its own level with its own individual bathroom WITH shower. This was a huge benefit for our family! There were a couple of extra mattresses available to further customize sleeping arrangements which was really nice. There was parking included to accommodate the two vehicles we brought (Toyota Sienna MiniVan and Toyota 4Runner). However with regards to the garage, one challenge we had was finding a spot for our bikes (no room left in the garage once a vehicle is parked in there). We ended up storing the bikes on the patio area in the corner (secured to the metal fence with a bike lock). Unfortunately somebody came by on our 5th day in the middle of the night, cut the lock and stole our bikes. If you rent this property I would discourage you from bringing bikes. Other issue with the garage was the extreme heat and humidity from the washer and dryer. Not sure if there was a ventilation issue with the dryer or it was just because it was such a small space…just pretend your having a spa day at the sauna if you have to do any laundry. Great food within a 1-2 minute walk (Olive Cafe, ice cream at The Sweet Pursuit of Happiness, Mexican Food, Pizza and Miss B’s Coconut Club…definitely try a coconut margarita!). Overall a very clean and charming beach house with easy access to the beach, the bay, restaurants and also a small convenience/liquor store…all of these things within a 5 minute walk.
