Welcome to this sunny, beach cottage! The open-concept living and dining area is designed for comfort and style with plenty of natural light throughout. Sink into the large couch and enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen TV. The living space flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen, where you’ll find a cozy table for 4 - perfect for family meals or game nights. Cooking is a delight in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. With barstool seating for 2, you can keep the chef company or enjoy a quick breakfast. The French doors lead directly to the backyard, making it easy to dine al fresco. • No Smoking • Guest ages 25+ unless family groups • Pets may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150 • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
• Parking is free on-site in the driveway for up to 3 vehicles, plus there is street parking.
• Laundry is located in the garage.
• Please note there is no A/C, but there are several ceiling fans throughout the house.

Nice house just a short walk away from sunset cliffs. We walked to the tide pools and the farmers market. Quiet neighborhood at night. NXT Vacation Management made everything smooth and easy. We loved our stay. Thank you!

1.5 blocks off Sunset Cliffs, incredible location. Nice house, gets a little warm but there is an AC unit in the master bedroom. Great kitchen / living area and backyard. A few things need attention but overall great experiwnce, would rent again.
