The Space:

This property boasts a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, a fireplace. Plus there is a dining table that can comfortably seat 5 people. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and designed for your comfort. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed, ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV. There are two crisp and clean bathrooms that include a combo tub/shower. The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space if needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and leads out seamlessly to the backyard.

The wonderful outdoor space includes a spacious deck with a BBQ grill and the option for dining al fresco under the palapa. You'll find a large table and seating for up to eight people - the perfect spot for hosting cookouts and enjoying the fresh air and glowing sunsets. The open yard right below the deck provides additional space for outdoor activities. The delightful front porch features a cozy sitting area as well. - As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
