This home was just fully remodeled and features an awesome open floor plan for hanging out or taking in KILLER views of the San Diego Harbor from the floor to ceiling windows. Seriously the views are amazing! There is a living area with a comfy sofa, a fireplace and TV; a game room with TV, foosball, and a pool/air hockey table; and two outdoor spaces to sit with a glass of wine or a good book and enjoy the sights and sounds of the San Diego Harbor.

The rest of the main floor features:
- A gourmet kitchen
- Three bedrooms EACH with en suite bathrooms – two kings and a twin over full bunk bed
- TV's in all the bedrooms
- Another full bathroom just in case the other 3 weren't enough
- Laundry room
- Upstairs is a private master retreat (king bed) with more stunning harbor views and an enormous private bathroom.

And that's just the inside…out back you'll find:

**THE AREA**
If you're looking for the perfect area to stay for your upcoming San Diego visit, LOOK NO FURTHER. Seriously. Check our reviews. When it's time to head out and enjoy San Diego, you're within a 10-minute drive of nearly all major attractions, including the Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park, Downtown, Gaslamp District, the Harbor, Old Town, and most beaches. You can also walk to numerous local shops and restaurants in the Mission Hills area. This location will leave you saying 'WOW'.

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood so its great for large groups, but NOT GREAT for late night parties (e.g. bachelor parties, etc). We request guests respect the city noise ordinance and head inside by 10:00 p.m.

**GUEST ACCESS**
We use a smart lock and will send you the code 14 days prior to your stay once we have the signed rental agreement. Please note there are security cameras on the front exterior of the home.

House Rules:
- No events, parties or large gatherings including bachelor/bachelorette parties
- All guests must at least 25 years (unless kids who are with an adult)
- No extra guests allowed unless approved in advance
- No hot tub or outside music after 10pm
- No smoking indoors - fine for indoor smoking is $500

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund.
