"Thank you for your message and unfortunately I will never stay at this hotel again. My family and I had problems with breakfast every day. The wait was horrible, the staff were few and far between, and the service was so bad that I gave up on eating breakfast. The lack of attention from the staff, especially the youngest, was regrettable. I hope I never have to repeat this experience with you again. It's a good thing that it's not the same at other Hyatt hotels. Today, with the growing movement...

"Perfect location! The beach is just across the street. Nice patio to sit and watch the sun set. Some very comfortable beds! The coffee maker was not near an outlet so that was strange. The bathroom was nice, but super cramped. Nothing we couldn’t deal with, but a larger person it might be a struggle with the sink and toilet. Lovely balcony to sit and watch the waves. We had plenty of room for three travelers in a double queen room. Can’t wait to return "
