The Space
This third-floor corner condo offers stunning ocean and boardwalk views from nearly every window. Enjoy views of the hills of La Jolla through the north-facing windows. Hardwood cabinets, marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and waterproof luxury vinyl flooring create a stylish and comfortable space.
Bedroom #1 (Master): King bed, flat-screen TV, large closet, and all-new furniture.
Bedroom #2: King bed, vanity with sink and mirror, ample storage.
Living Room: Queen sofa bed for additional sleeping, new electric fireplace, and ocean views.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, toaster, coffee and tea makers, cookware, utensils, and all essentials to prepare meals at home.
Beach Gear: Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels stored in the garage cabinet.
Laundry: Large coin-operated facilities in the parking garage. Detergent, hamper, and dryer sheets provided in the unit.
Parking: Assigned space in the underground garage (restrictions apply). Building access is secure with key or remote.
Wi-Fi: High-speed internet throughout the condo.
CLEAN: Condo is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests. All linens, bath, and beach towels are replaced for each stay.
Guests have access to the community pool and hot tub, BBQ, and area with lounge chairs.

Arrival & Departure
* Check-in: 3 pm (4 pm Memorial Day–Labor Day)
* Check-out: 11 am

Check-in instructions are emailed after rental agreement completion and identity verification. Signage throughout the home helps guide use of amenities, and we are available after hours for emergencies.

Minimum Stay Policies
* HOA requirement of 6 nights or more
* Peak Summer (June–Aug): Saturday check-in
* Friday/Sunday arrivals may be possible—please inquire
Holiday 2025:

6-night minimum + Saturday check-in (Dec 20–Jan 3). No arrivals/departures Dec 25 or Jan 1. Stays cannot span both holidays unless 2 weeks.
Summer 2026:

Memorial Day–Labor Day = Saturday–Saturday stays (6–7 nights).
No arrivals/departures July 4.

Policies
* Pets: not permitted
* Rates fluctuate daily
* Noise-sensitive residential neighborhood: no loud music, parties, or outdoor noise after 9 pm
* Primary renter must be 25+
* Non-smoking property
* Furniture/decor may differ slightly from photos (no refunds for minor changes)

After Booking
Guests must complete a rental agreement and participate in identity verification through Autohost. Temporary $2 authorization (drops off automatically) confirms verification. Check-in details are provided after verification and rental agreement completion.

We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away. If you`re planning to stay put in Pacific Beach, there is no need for cars! Just ride our provided bikes or walk the neighborhood.
