The space:
This Spanish style villa was originally constructed in 1928 and has undergone a full restoration which provides modern comfort while maintaining the original style and charm. A chef's kitchen includes all the fixings and the dining room with table for 6 is perfect for hosting. Unit includes: AC/heat, walk in laundry room with washer/dryer, high-end stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, high end custom cabinets with slow closing drawers & hinges, under-counter LED lighting, beautifully restored original hardwood floors, recessed LED lighting and ceiling fans, solid core doors, custom bathrooms with high end tub and shower.

We are proud to provide a space perfect for the full family, including our smallest and furriest family members. We are pet friendly and this family friendly unit also includes a pack and play for the smallest members of your family. We've also stocked the unit with cards, board games and a Nintendo 64 to keep the whole family entertained.
Neighborhood description:
The home is nestled in the heart of San Diego in the historic Midtown neighborhood and is within walking distance or a 10 minute drive to some of San Diego’s top attractions including: Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Gaslamp Quarter, Waterfront Park, Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum, Seaport Village, Ocean Beach, San Diego Museum of Art, Old Town State Historic Park, the San Diego Bay, Harbor cruises and San Diego Whale Watching Cruises.
Walking distance to some of San Diego's best restaurants, bars and entertainment: Mister A's, Herb & Wood, Juniper & Ivy, Nolita Hall, Born & Raised, Kettner Exchange, Ballast Point Brewery, Ironside, Camino Riveria, Coca Maya, Cloak & Petal, Cucina Urbana, Azuki sushi, Crack Shack.
It's within 15-20 minutes of the following top attractions: La Jolla cove, Coronado Island, Point Loma, Cabrillo National Monument, Sunset Cliffs, and San Diego's main beaches (Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach).

This private unit is one of three in a large tri-plex and features its own private gated entry and sits on its own floor so no walls are shared with neighbors. It also includes an extra-large backyard which sports a full size bocce ball court, an elegant natural gas stone fire pit, a large paver stone patio area, an eco-friendly synthetic turf area and a small citrus garden (orange, lemon and lime). Help yourself to the citrus, feel free to cut fresh roses from the English yellow rose tree or enjoy the scents of the two large plumeria trees. A yard this size and functional is rarely found in an urban area (note the property’s 92101 downtown zip code).
Guest access:
Guests will have full access to the home, the yard, and dog run. The unit is accessed via a private gated entryway. The property is pet friendly and includes a dog run along the side of the building.
