This beautiful newly restored 3 bedroom 2 bath home has a private 3rd floor deck, comfortably furnished and shaded by a pergola with lighting for the nights, a fire pit for warmth and a gas BBQ for all your summer grilling.
The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and feature memory foam mattresses for the California King, 2 Queen bedrooms and twin Daybed and Trundle in the Reading Retreat. Both bathrooms are newly remodeled and feature luxurious showers, fluffy towels with a supply of soaps and lotions.
Our Galley Gourmet Kitchen will meet all your cooking needs. The large Family Room boasts a 60" smart TV, A Fireplace, a Retro Bar and a Bookcase stocked with great Summer Reads to borrow. The Dining Room has a magnificant Live Edge Table that will seat 8. With your rental you will also enjoy both Heating and Air-conditioning and 2 garage parking spaces.

This exceptional beach vacation home is ideally located halfway between the Mission Beach jetty and the famed Giant Dipper rollercoaster located at Belmont Park. This venue provides a uniquely quiet atmosphere and is located on one of the least crowded areas of Mission Beach. And still you are within short walking distance of several restaurants, bike and surfboard rentals, clothing and beach shops and our local Mission Market for anything you might need.

Rentals require a seven day minimum stay with our rental running from Saturday to the following Saturday. You may check-in no sooner than 3:00 PM and we require check-out no later than 9:00 AM. The check-out time must be strictly followed.

Any violation of these rules or illegal activity may result in being asked to vacate the premises with no refund and possible additional penalty fees. The city of San Diego has strict noise ordinances you are required to follow.
