The home features three well-appointed bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and private roof top deck. Two additional bedrooms with comfy beds offer plenty of space and comfort for guests. With 3 full bathrooms, there’s no need to worry about sharing space.
The open-concept living area is bright and welcoming, with stylish coastal decor and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything you need to cook and dine right at home. Other Things to Note: No Smoking • Guest ages 25+ unless family groups • Parking: There is space for one compact car behind the garage, parked tight against the door. Street parking is best. No garage access available • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
