Unlike more crowded public beaches, this area offers a more private and serene experience, perfect for morning strolls or a relaxing day under the sun. It is a quiet residential neighborhood where peace and nature meet the sea.

House Rules: To maintain neighborhood harmony, no parties or loud music are allowed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We are a pet-friendly home; pets are allowed with an additional cleaning fee. Please note there is a service fee for BBQ cleaning. We provide beach coolers for your convenience to keep your drinks cold while you enjoy the ocean!

The base price shown for this listing covers up to 8 guests. For larger groups, there is an additional fee of $15 per person, per night for each guest beyond the first 8. Please note that the absolute maximum capacity for the house is 13 guests.
