Get away to the beautiful Texas Hill Country & enjoy a relaxing stay at this professional designed 1930's cottage. The cottage features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom spacious living room with wood burning fireplace, chef's kitchen and dining room, and outside patio. All nestled in the heart of historic Boerne, Texas. The fully equipped Kitchen has a gas cooktop, microwave, & dishwasher and is great for guests to prepare meals or snacks if desired! 2 Bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other has queen size bed, additional sleeping on queen size sleeper sofa. Within walking distance to unique gift & antique shops, breweries, dining, and more. 1/2 Block off main street & the quaint Cibilo Creek! COME STAY WITH US!

Relaxing...regardless of the weather.

This was our first experience with a VRBO rental. We enjoyed the conveniences of a cozy cottage and included full kitchen and living areas. It was super convenient to the Cibolo Creek and downtown Boerne, so when it wasn’t rainy and cold, we enjoyed walking around the town. Unfortunately, it was unseasonably cold and rainy for the first 2-3 days of our stay. There wasn’t a star category provided for reviewing the comfort and facilities of the cottage, so this is the only place I would lower to 4 stars. It was in the 30’s and 40’s early in the week and we couldn’t keep warm. I think it is because they use a heat pump for their heating. Given that, we would recommend that for future, Lisa provide a supply of firewood to use in the fireplace. Lisa was great...very friendly and you could tell she loves having the opportunity to own this place, using her decorating skills to make it a very cozy cottage indeed.

Home away from home

We've stayed a number of times at this property in Boerne. Location is wonderful as you can walk to the down town area or stroll along the river. Having 2 bedrooms allows us to have our grandchildren come to visit us in our little home near town. We have thoroughly enjoyed our visits to TX because of this delightful place to stay.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The cottage is cute and comfortable in every way, inside and out. Easy check-in and out, easy location. We would gladly recommend it and would like to stay here again.

Charming, well located house in Boerne!

We enjoyed staying in this house - it is super clean, nicely appointed, and well located! Lisa was attentive and checked in with us throughout the weekend to see if we needed anything. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends and extended family!

Such a sweet place and in a perfect location within walking distance of downtown.

The home was easy to find. Lisa left everything clean and ready. This is an older property with real charm. Bed was so comfy and the water pressure in bath excellent (yes, that matters!). I came for both business and pleasure, so loved having the big dining table to work/write at, as well as for meals. Brought my two older dogs and the fenced back yard was perfect for them, and me. Lots of natural light filters through the space, helping to show off many of the interior features that appear to be original. I felt relaxed and totally at home, enjoying the quietness of the neighborhood, with access to shopping, eateries, wineries and great trails for walking the pups. I definitely recommend!

Nice house with a great spot near downtown

This is a nice small get away house right across the river from downtown, very easily within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Lisa was there to make sure everything was as expected and followed up during our stay to make sure everything was still good. Wife and I enjoyed our short stay there, would consider going back again.

Beautiful home full of character and in great location

We are a family of four and booked for a long weekend. Wish we could have stayed longer as the property is beautiful, comfortable and full of character. Easy walking distance with the kids to Main Street with excellent food and drink offerings. Hope to make it back!

Great little bungalow with cute backyard. perfect for relaxing after a day of shopping or playing in Boerne. right in the thick of things and walkable to most of what Boerne offers. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. I would suggest this for small families wanting to stay in town and all for the cost of a cheap hotel. Great Value

Fun in Boerne

We have stayed in this lovely home for a couple of our trips to Boerne and find it not only charming inside and out, but also convenient to town and the activities there. The interior is spacious with comfortable beds and bedding, and the kitchen is easy to work in and is well supplied. We love walking along the River and the local dining spots are a treat to explore. The owners are gracious and very accommodating. We'll be back!!

Great stay!

Adorable cottage, close to historic downtown Boerne. Just a short drive to Fredericksburg, Comfort and Luckenbach. Lisa was able to offer information on a number of area attractions. Property has a beautiful back yard to relax in at the end of the day.

Charming cottage in the heart of Boerne

My family and I stayed in the cottage and additional room above the garage apartment over the Thanksgiving holiday ~ 2 weeks in all. I spent all of last November there as well so I knew that I would enjoy coming back. Sure enough, it was a wonderful stay, and Lisa a friendly and helpful hostess. The house is well appointed and comfortable, with many charming details. We hope to come back again!

Wonderful home!! Highly recommend!!

We spent the weekend in Boerne for a wedding and my husband, myself and our daughter had a lovely stay at this home! It’s truly beautiful.....like one of the other reviews said, it’s even prettier in person! Conveniently located if you want to walk into the beautiful downtown area. Someone had lots of fun decorating this home! ... it’s very nicely decorated. And it was absolutely spotless! The home is very comfortable! I felt like I was at home there. The front and backyard areas are very nice with nice landscaping and plenty of space to relax. I would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourself back in Boerne which I hope we do!!

Great house. Extremely confortable with warm and cozy atmosphere. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the location. We would definitely stay here again. Hosts checked in and provided a great supply of basic needs and more.

Fabulous and inspiring

Me and a friend came to Boerne to play in a golf tournament.. this house is so welcoming and comfortable. The decor is perfect and Lisa is an excellent hostess.The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped if you are cooking, which we didn't do. Close to lots of eating and shopping places. High recommend this cottage, Loved staying here... will be back in March for tournament at Fair Oaks Ranch!
