My husband and I loved our stay here. The location was perfect. The cottage was so quiet and had all we needed and then some. We enjoyed the outdoor patio in the evenings so much. Definitely would stay here again if our plans are in the area.

Hill Country Hideaway

A cozy cottage with a rustic design surrounded by cactus & flora. A secluded setting while still having easy access to main arteries into San Antonio if you plan on visiting some of the local attractions. The comfortable accommodations provide all the necessary amenities which include a courtyard if you’re more interested in relaxing than sightseeing. The hosts are friendly & are available for good conversation. We look forward to a return trip!

Wonderful Stay!

My husband and I were in need of some much needed R&R and mission accomplished at the Robert Wood Art Cottage!Kate and John were the most hospitable hosts. The cottage was absolutely adorable, so eclectic and cozy. Great location with many close restaurants and activities. The bikes were a great amenity! Would definitely stay there again! Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Great three night stay in the artist's cottage. The home has plenty of space for two people. The location is great for trips into San Antonio. Within a couple of miles of Old Town Helot. Very quite neighborhood for walking and relaxing. I highly recommend this cottage if you are looking for a place to relax outside of town.

This is my second time staying at this property and always enjoy it. It certainly is eclectic but very nice and comfortable. The owners are good people and very accommodating. The house is as described and has everything you need.

Lovely hidden gem!

Such an adorable home with a lovely shared outdoor space! There is a great restaurant just minutes away. So close to San Antonio but it feels like a world away. We will definitely be back!
