• A MINUT noise detector is installed for compliance — it measures sound only, not audio.

• The parking pass must be returned to the TV stand at checkout. Unreturned or lost passes incur a $100 replacement fee.

• Please turn off lights, appliances, and A/C when leaving the unit.
