"Overall very good"

"La casa estaba bien, pero nunca nos pudimos poner en contacto con el anfitrión, el teléfono que nos dio estaba apagado y nos quedamos casi 2 horas afuera de la casa sin poder entrar. Cuando por fin entramos, nunca nos dieron la clave del internet, nuevamente estuvimos buscando al anfitrión y a los asesores de hoteles.com y no nos resolvieron nada. Durante toda la estancia estuvimos sin internet! En la segunda mañana nos abrieron la camioneta y nos robaron varias cosas, seguimos sin poder...

"The house was much larger than anticipated. The property could have housed at least 12 people. It was so easy to Uber or access downtown from this property. Additionally, there is a conveniently located coffee/small grocery store within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again."

"This is a great little property tucked in a quiet area of Alamo Heights. The house has a nice 50’s vibe, and the hot tub and little yard are great for hanging with family. The home is outfitted with comfy furniture and a full kitchen, with a few added entertainment qualities that make it really fun. The only draw back that might keep me from staying again was the bathroom. The shower is a menace to society, small and didn’t drain well. If you have any mobility issues it will be a little scary...

"Acomodação agradável, bem perto do downtown de carro, tudo estava bem limpo. Precisa melhorar a comunicação, não utilizam o canal do Hotels.com para se comunicar e enviam mensagens pro outra plataforma para solicitar dados pessoais e de cartão. "

"This property was very convenient to downtown SA and a great value for the fee. The information shared by the host was the most informative of any I've incountered. The bedding was very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. There was one more bath than was listed on the site. It had the best lightening of any vacation property I've rented. There were 5 beds, but one bedroom only had a futon which may be ok for younger renters."
