Pool heat option with game room

Make your San Antonio stay easy at this roomy five-bedroom, three-bath home for up to 10 guests. Spend the afternoon in the saltwater pool, unwind in the hot tub, or gather in the game room with pool table, foosball, darts and a Smart TV. The fenced backyard also has a shaded patio, charcoal grill, fire pit, putting green and hammocks. McAllister Park is a short walk away, with restaurants, groceries, the airport and major attractions within driving distance. Optional pool heating is available by advance request for $25–$50 per night; hot-tub use is included.

POOL, HOT TUB AND BACKYARD
The backyard includes a private saltwater pool, hot tub, shaded patio, charcoal grill, fire pit, putting green, loungers and hammocks. Optional pool heating costs $25–$50 per night depending on the season and weather and must be requested before check-in. We provide a video guide for the guest controls and can assist remotely. Hot-tub use is included. The pool is professionally serviced every Friday and remains available during service and immediately afterward.

GAME ROOM
The converted-garage game room includes a pool table, foosball, darts and a Smart TV. Because this space is separate from the main living area, it may feel warmer during very hot Texas weather.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private access to the entire home, backyard, pool, hot tub, game room and driveway. Self check-in is available through the front-door keypad.

IMPORTANT EXPECTATIONS
• Maximum occupancy is 10 registered guests.
• Parties, events and unregistered visitors are not permitted.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–9:00 AM.
• Up to two pets are welcome when included in the reservation.
• Five exterior cameras are present: the Ring doorbell, driveway, side walkway, side gate and back deck. There are no cameras inside the home.

LOCATION
The home is in North San Antonio’s Thousand Oaks area. Restaurants, groceries, parks, the airport and major San Antonio attractions are accessible by car. Travel times vary with traffic.
