Beautiful new property with all the amenities. Peleton bikes in the workout room, an awesome yoga room and a doggie spa! Very modern living close to all the main attractions in San Antonio. A must see!

Love the resort feel!
We really have enjoyed our stay at Stephanie's everything is very nice. The old place was nice and the new place she has now, is nice. Really it's the kind of place you just like to stay in and not go out much. She supplies pretty much anything you need. I give it a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ because she really accommodates! The only thing I really missed was my own bed, if we could have had a California Aireloom in the room, I would have given it a 5⭐ because the beds are a little to springy for our liking. Thank you for a beautiful place Stephanie!

This property was everything I needed it to be. The location was perfect, The space was welcoming and the host was great. I actually stayed an extra day and Stephanie was very accommodating. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Beautiful, clean but some details need addressing
Nowhere in the booking process did we see that this was a third floor unit. It was okay. Stairs were not bad but had my 83 year old mother been with us as she typically is this would have been a huge issue. Then arriving to find it gated with zero instructions on how to get through the gate was very disconcerting. Both of the details will be easy for the owner to address. She was fairly prompt in responding to my questions and we do appreciate that. The apartment is beautifully appointed and very clean. The kitchen was not heavily stocked but met our limited needs with the exception that there was not a coffee pot of any kind. There are multiple coffee shops nearby but I had brought my own coffee because the amenity list included a coffee pot. It’s the small details that can just get to you when you rent. The master bedroom had a new lamp on the end table. So new they had not removed the plastic from the shade nor put a lightbulb in it. There was not any type of welcome guide or instructions in the home. There were some details about the pool and trash in the app. We will definitely consider staying here again but the items I mention here would be most helpful to those renting for the first time in the future. If we had been there for another day I would have bought a lightbulb.

This listing should be removed
This place should be taken off VRBO. We showed up after months of trying to get in touch with the person who listed the place to find out Its in a gated community that you cant even get into with out a gate code which we didnt have so we went in to the main office to talk to the apartment managers and they said the place is an apartment complex that does not allow for VRBO renting. After several back and forth conversations between me VRBO and the renter, who VRBO calls the owner, which they are NOT, they agreed to refund my money. Its been over a month and I have yet to see my money. DONT RENT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our host was amazing and understanding. House was beautiful with an amazing view. I loved every minute of my stay and did not wish to leave. Very accommodating. Anything I needed the host provided.

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable the AC worked GREAT!! Which for me is always a plus. The owner had the same BBW soaps i use at home and even had bath wash which was great if u needed it. Overall i would stay again. Thank yoy

Do not rent this place - they don’t allow rentals & we couldn’t get in the unit!
Drove our family 4 hours for a fun trip to Seaworld for Christmas- got to the unit and there was no key - or even doorknob on the unit. Called & texted owner. Went into leasing office only to be told short term rentals aren’t allowed! Owner texted saying on a cruise and couldn’t call. Said unit was already rented out and they didn’t get my notification from Vrbo that we rented the unit (a month earlier - and I had paid right then….) she said she would cancel the rental….We were stuck scrambling with a 1yr old in the car trying to find a hotel to stay in. Still waiting on my refund to process. Trust me - just find another place to stay so you don’t get locked out as well….
