The space
This spacious, single-level mid-century modern home in Castle Hills offers a rare combination of character, comfort, and flexibility—ideal for extended stays in a truly central San Antonio location. With multiple living areas, a private pool and hot tub, and a separate guest house, the home is designed to feel lived-in and relaxed, not cramped or temporary.

The main house features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, all on one level. In addition, the separate guest house functions like a private studio-style suite with its own bedroom and bathroom, making it perfect for guests who want added privacy while still being part of the group.

One of the home’s standout features is the variety of living spaces. There are essentially three distinct areas to gather or spread out:

This includes the main house, the separate guest house, the private pool and hot tub, covered parking, patio and outdoor spaces, and all interior living areas. There are no shared spaces on the property, allowing guests to enjoy complete privacy throughout their stay.
