Great 1st time in San Antonio! Rental was in a great location to walk everywhere and explore the area. Parks, the Riveerwalk, plenty of restaurants and eateries. Our host was super sweet and available, the space was very clean, nothing fancy but very comfortable and fairly quiet as well! A great home base to explore the e city from.

Perfect place to stay for us

Stayed for 3 days in April with our small dog. The property was spacious and clean with a full size refrigerator and the bed comfortable. The hostess Oliva was charming and willing to help with anything we needed, There is a large fenced outside area with plenty of patio furniture to relax in. The neighborhood is quiet with sidewalks on every street for walking. There is a good selection of restaurants a few minutes walk away and its about a 15 minute walk to the Riverwalk. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Close to everything downtown

2nd time staying in this place. This place has a great view to the hemisphere and is with in walking distances to the alamo, riverwalk and everything thing downtown.

Roomy, but no frills

The property was clean and had plenty of room. The hostess was pleasant. We were on a short and tried to pack light. We have always found the previous properties that we have rented to have soap and body wash provided. There was not even any soap in the hand soap dispenser, let alone anything to shower with. There was a drip coffee maker but no coffee to put in it. We messaged the host about soap or shower gel but did not receive a response. Overall condition and experience was a 3 out of 5 at best.

Home away from home

Our stay was fantastic!! It provided everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Cozy, comfortable and conveniently located near Riverwalk and other yop spots. Oliva was super friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying here! Oliva was an exceptional host. The apartment we stayed in was more than adequate for our needs. We were within walking distance of the Alamodome, and walked both day and night for 3 days to our conference. I will gladly stay here again, in fact, we will call this place our "home away from home" when visiting San Antonio! Thank you, Oliva, for being such a gracious host - for treating us like family.

perfect location

This was the perfect location for a weekend trip- walkable to the Alamo, Riverwalk, Tower of the Americas, and Hemisfair to the north, and also to great restaurants, bars, and cafes in Southtown. (La Frite was amazing) Oliva was a great host- friendly and helpful. The space was quiet and comfortable.

My husband was attending a conference, this place was right in back of the conference center and across the street from the Tower of the Americas. It was clean, quiet, free close parking, very comfortable, 2 TV's, Fans & Air Conditioning worked well, and the supplied kitchen was great. We loved staying here and if ever in San Antonio will rent again. Thank you to the Hostess...

Great place. Great location, at least for me.

This is a great little place. There are several units here. Mine was exactly what I needed. There's plenty of room. It's well kept, and in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is on the street, but the neighborhood is quiet and seems safe. It's an neighborhood that is in transition, every other house is under considerable renovation, or being replaced by a new home. In just a few years, this is going to be a very nice neighborhood. I was working in SA, so I was not there much during the day. I finally met the host as I was leaving. She is a great person and takes pride in her property. This is a home place for her, not just an investment property. I sincerely hope that she does well here. It is about a 15 minute walk to the heart of the River Walk. If you're at the convention center, it is about a 8-10 minute walk to the rear entrance. I will very likely stay here when I return to SA.

HORRIBLE - Do not stay

We got there and there was SUPER loud music playing. Found out they were letting a band practice there even though they knew they had guests. Then the next day the owners used some loud speaker to play their loud music with NO consideration for their guests. And they were smoking cigarettes and stuff right outside our kitchen window so that was wafting in. The manager was NOT at all willing to help or have any consideration for their guests. We had to leave and could not get a refund. I say RENTER BEWARE!!!!

Took my money for a property already booked with someone else

Had a staycation for my anniversary. Had texted the owner 3 days before. Arrived to check in, she was in the yard, telling me "the system" overbooked and someone else was already checked in. What really happened is she accepted a booking via a competitor and never updated the VRBO site to show it unavailable for my dates. I am still out the booking fee, will have to do a credit card dispute. Live and learn, I will always contact owner before arrival to make sure someone else isn't there. Cannot recommend. I've been using VRBO for over 10 years, first time this has happened to me. How do you keep money froom 2 people and never realize it? Thank goodness I am a local. I would really have been in trouble had I come in from out of town. The hotel rates in the area had increased for the Elton John concert.

Olivia was the most amazing host for our 3 day stay here in beautiful San Antonio. She was very accommodating and easy going. The property is sweet quaint and private even in the middle of the city. We had the most relaxing time staying with her there on her beautiful property. We won't be staying anywhere else as long as she's renting the space for visitors. 4 thumbs up from my wife and I.

Relaxing Getaway

I was in San Antonio for a conference, my wife was in San Antonio to relax. We both won with this rental. I was within walking distance of the Chavez Convention Center and the river walk. My wife had a long-deserved opportunity to relax in a very nice setting. The property is clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and has a courtyard that is great for evening enjoyment. Our host, Olivia, is a delightful lady who is accommodating and full of advice for local attractions and restaurants. This will be our go-to location for any future trips to San Antonio.

Hosted wedding ceremony and reception

Amazing amazing host!!!! Oliva and her family went above and beyond to help my husband and I to have our small/intimate wedding ceremony and reception there. The atmosphere is so peaceful and calm and the hosts are just the sweetest most amazing people you could meet. We had about 25 people during the ceremony and reception and there was space for tables and chairs. They allowed us to make different set up arrangements and we’re just so helpful even helping us move things around. The little villas are very cute and homie as well as very clean. You will feel like you’re staying in your grandmas home with how peaceful and comfortable the area is. Location was also very calm and it’s close to so many different places to explore in the downtown SA area. Don’t hesitate on booking you will have a great stay!
