An ice maker ensures refreshing drinks, making this space both functional and convenient for any stay.

The outdoor space is designed for relaxation and fun, featuring comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor grill, outdoor games (like cornhole) and a private pool.

Guests with zero reviews must sign a renter's agreement and settle a $500 security deposit. This will be held and released 5 days after your stay, assuming there's no damage in our unit.

For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We also charge a minimum of $150 for unapproved late checkouts.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

Heads up: If the temperature drops below 40°F, certain functions of the pool or spa may not be available, including heating.

We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

No events, parties, or additional guests than the number on your reservation without permission. An additional event fee will be charged.

Although Tobin Hill is recognized as one of the safest Downtown neighborhoods, guests that are from suburban/gated neighborhoods or a smaller town might be alarmed by the homelessness in San Antonio's Downtown area. We have had 0 complaints but we always like to be transparent that if a few boarded up houses or homeless nearby, the urban area of San Antonio may not be for you and further out in the suburbs would be a better fit.
