THE RESIDENCE
Located on the buildingā€™s 1st floor with 5 steps up to the entrance, Southtown Studio Especial has everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience. An elegant and fully equipped kitchen, open living area with queen bed and full-size sleeper sofa, and private 3-piece bath are styled with modern, high-end design and meticulous attention to detail. Free Wi-Fi, Spectrum cable, and an HDMI cable to iPhone connector is readily available to watch TV shows and movies on the TV from your phone. A wonderful time!

I stayed here with my best friend and we had a fantastic time! Everything was clean. It was so close to everything! We walked just about everywhere. Loved this place, would 100% stay here again!

Very nice property. Beautiful studio apartment! It was perfect for the my wife and me. In a beautiful, well kept, historic neighborhood. It was less than a mile to the riverwalk and downtown. If in this area again I will definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable. I cleaned the shower floor on second use. Originally felt slick from soap film. Fine after that. I didnā€™t drink any of the water (bottled). Unknown if use was an additional fee. The apt was very cute and functional. The building was very nostalgic. Excellent neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown via Riverwalk.

Walking Distance to Everything Fun

This location was perfect: a beautiful, fun, safe neighborhood. We were able to walk to the River Walk, the Pearl Brewery, etc. Great restaurants and bars just minutes from the room too. And the hosts were awesome, offering up some great recommendations!

Overall pretty good

Overall it was fine. Clean, quiet and cute. The heater didn't seem to work super well, and the temperature outside dipped pretty low overnight! So we were really chilly when we woke up. The heat doesn't reach the bathroom too much, so it was very cold in there! We really were looking forward to some warm coffee in the morning. The coffee maker maybe needs to be de-scaled? It wasn't drinkable. There were flakes coming out when the coffee brewed and floating around in our cups. We took a walk to get some coffee, but the places listed online weren't there anymore.

Excellent Stay for couples

The property is great and close by to many different opportunities in downtown san antonio. Despite some slight confusion with entering the property, the host was gracious and helped walk us along what we were doing incorrectly. The apartment is small but well organized, the kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils, cookware and some supplies.
