Boerne Hill Country 3000 Sq Ft Guest House with Pool on 5 Enclosed Acres, Sleeps 12

Come visit the Texas Hill Country and stay in this huge completely renovated 3000 Sq Ft 2 story Guest House with Pool on 5 Gated Acres. We have two large living areas, 4 bedrooms-1 King, 1 Queen and two twin-over-full bunk beds (All beds have a memory foam topper--inflatable Queen air mattress sleeps two more, if needed.) . 2 Full bathrooms (and an outdoor shower!) and fully equipped kitchen for everyone to gather. Right outside your door is a pool and spa. Relax by the fire pit and cook some 'smores. And our open air outdoor shower is a great way to end the day. Amenities include 2 Flat screen TVs, wifi, basic cable, DVRs, washer/dryer, trampoline, play fort, BBQ grill, plenty of extra parking, and so much more. There's even an office or those who have to do a little work (BOO!) 2.5 miles from downtown Boerne, 12 miles from Six Flags, 22 miles from Sea World, 30 miles from the River Walk in San Antonio, and minutes from local wineries. I have two dogs who roam the property, both females, both friendly, but one is territorial, so sorry-no pets.. Property manager (that would be me) lives in his house 80 feet away, so response to any issue that may arise is very quick. No smoking, please.

Update 7-24-19: Downstairs bathroom is now a tub/shower. Total of two showers inside, and an outdoor shower.

This place absolutely exceeded our expectations for Christmas! The host was very quick to address questions and house needs. The kids (13, 10, 5, 2) had a blast playing in the hot tub and pool (the warm Christmas weather was a HUGE blessing!). The house had absolutely everything we needed and more. We all felt that this VRBO way over delivered and we look forward to coming back for future family gatherings.Beware - the three sweetheart dogs on the property will make you never want to leave. We all fell in love with Monica, Daisy and Lola and they can lay the puppy eyes on you hard when you leave to go home.

What A Treat!

Robert’s guest house was truly like a home away from home. It was so accommodating for our large family, the property is stunning, and the pool was loved by all. Robert and DJ were so kind and constantly made sure we were all enjoying our stay. We will be staying here every time we visit Boerne!

Tapitio Springs Getaway

Everything about our stay was just wonderful — property was clean, comfortable and homey, and accommodated our family perfectly! The play area were great for the grand kids and we all enjoyed the wonderful pool. The location was excellent for our golf event at Tapitio Springs and close to Boerne and San Antonio for restaurants. We left a couple of items and our host mailed them to us. We loved our stay here and would love to return should we ever be in the area again. Thanks to our hosts for a wonderful stay. Probably our favorite vacation rental ever!

Peaceful. The point was to find quiet within vacation agendas. This delivered on that. From the free ranging whitetail, to the “quiet” of being out of the city, it was exactly what you’d want looking for this type of vacation rental. Perfect Home for All Ages

We took our grandkids for a family vacation and could not have picked a better place! Our grands range from 20-7 and each one had a blast at this home. Beautiful home and pool with plenty of toys, hot tub, games in the house as well. Robert was extremely helpful and available if needed. This by far has been our favorite rental of the many we have had. Boerne is a great town as well! Everything you need just minutes away!

Boerne - Eclipse 2024

We (two families - total of 4 adults and 4 children all 10 and under) had an excellent time in Boerne Hill Country. The house was amazing with plenty of space and stocked with all the necessary amenities). The kids loved the pool, trampoline, and open space to run around! Our host instantly replied and answered any questions we had. We definitely recommend this property for families and children! If we are ever in the Boerne area again - we will return!

We really enjoyed staying in this property while we visited family in Boerne. It was very relaxing and the house had everything that you could want. Kitchen was big and well stocked with the basics. Bunk Beds?

Was not happy with the idea of two bunks for 4 people. We are all seniors and no one wanted a top bunk. Only had 2 to stay in bunk rooms, so bottom bunk was fine, (full size) bed. This was a golf outing, so we didn't take advantage of pool or hot tub, but they were beautiful. Our host was courteous and very helpful.

Great oasis outside of San Antonio. Surrounded by amenities and downtown Boerne. The guest house comfortable fit all of us with a wonderful open downstairs area and a great arrangement of sleeping quarters upstairs.

Amazing property!!!

When looking at this property for our vacation rental we were impressed with the pictures, but pics have impressed us before and we ended up underwhelmed. So we read the reviews and suspected they were too good to be true but we but the bullet and rented it and were so glad we did. This place is beautiful in every aspect, the pics and reviews don’t lie! I loved looking out and seeing deer among the live oaks on the neighbors property, the pool was clean and crystal clear, the house was spotless. The owners communicated well via email and phone and were very pleasant. They have items stocked in the house in case you forgot something and even some medical supplies of the need should arise. I would gladly give this property a rating exceeding 5 stars if it was possible.

Amazing Stay

This is an amazing property. We took our 3 grandkids and my mother for a family reunion. The grandkids loved the pool, property and dogs. Honestly, we did not leave except to go to the family reunion. Everyone had a great time and would have loved to stay longer.
