Neighborhood highlights
Parking is the driveway and front of the house on the street.A maximum of four cars should fit, two on the driveway and two on the street in front of the house.The street is public, but out of courtesy,every house reserves the street in front of their house,and all agreed. A Cul de Sac(circle) where extra cars can be parked, it's first come,first take.


Please note that we have installed a ring camera outside of the property for safety purposes. There is one near the front door that monitors the front of the house. There are no cameras inside the property.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden INSIDE and will result in a minimum fine of $750. You are welcome to step onto the side patio and enjoy.
