"Excellent for a one night stop before flight. Beautiful apartments set into the hillside overlooking Souda Bay. Incredibly modern, new and super clean. Very spacious rooms, equipped with all the essentials and also outstanding views. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Nothing was an issue for them. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating with my requests and really lovely to deal with. Wonderful small pool area which again, has an incredible view of Souda bay and the mountains. Well...

"We stayed at Heliades Residence as a couple in June and had a wonderful time. The property is beautifully designed with a luxurious and modern interior, high-quality furnishings, and excellent amenities, including air conditioning. The pool area is brand new and invites you to relax and cool off — it’s clear that a lot of care has gone into every detail. Como sou médico e ficaria um mês estudando e trabalhando em Paris, sozinho, resolvi esticar minha ida a Atenas e Salônica a Chania (Creta). "100 percent will return. The owners Argriris and his brother were unbelievably welcoming, proper Greek welcome. Sitting on the roof in the jacuzzi was great, especially at sun set. If you asked how to get around or had some other issues, if they didn't know, they would find out for you asap. All the staff were brilliant. Room was great, all the furniture seemed brand new, in the main room. Bathroom seems a bit outdated but that Greece. Family restaurants next door at decent prices. Mini marts...

"Excellent hotel and accommodation. We had a hard time finding seats by the pool, though. Many clients leave their stuff on the pool chairs to “occupy” them, and leave."

"We had a great experience at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Chania’s charming Old Town. The rooms are comfortable, the shower is fantastic, and the amenities are high quality. One of the highlights was the pool area facing the sunset, and the jacuzzi overlooking the sea is simply amazing. Breakfast had a good variety, and the orange pie was absolutely delicious — we just wish it had been available more than once! The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. The only downside is the lack of a gym, which would have made the experience perfect. Still, we would definitely stay here again!"
