"There were good points and not so good points to the hotel. Firstly the location is excellent, in terms of being very close to the harbour. However, you have to walk to another Elia hotel to collect your keys though, which is about a 5 minute walk away. You can't get a taxi to either hotel, so get the taxi to drop you close to Elia Estia (closest point; corner of Katre and Kanevaro streets), leave your bags and travel partner at Elia Estia whilst the other person goes to collects the key! "Very beautiful hotel right at the heart of Crete old town. The hotel is at the centre of a shopping street and wonderful restaurants, the back side is the beautiful Old Harbor's breakwater and lighthouse. The staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended and would still choose to stay here on my next visit to Chania."

"La struttura è molto pulita e si trova in posizione molto centrale. Se sprovvisti di auto è ottima in quanto di fronte alla stazione dei pullman di Chania. Può essere difficoltoso trovare parcheggio in special modo nelle vicinanze a qualsiasi orario. Per il resto perfetto."
