"We loved our stay at Penelope Villas, the villa was very well kept, spacious, modern, well equipped and in a great location. With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops. The only issue was the air con wasn’t working properly but the owners were very quick to get it fixed. "When I booked, nobody told me there would be a wedding at the hotel that day. Because of that, one of the pools was closed and we couldn’t enjoy all the facilities. I complained but nothing was done to make up for the inconvenience. Breakfast was great. The cleaning could’ve been better — the bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned. The place itself is super nice, but the lack of communication really hurt the experience."
