"O hotel é bem localizado e tem uma estrutura legal. Eh bonito e o quarto tem tudo que vc precisa numa viagem. Tem até ferro de passar e tábua, além de uma cozinha americana. O café da manhã possui poucas opções e não varia de um dia pro outro. A atendente que fica no café é simpática e tem boa vontade. Me trouxe leite quente qdo eu pedi, pois não havia na mesa. Um episódio que achei bem desagradável é que eles cobram 5 euros pelas toalhas de praia, por pessoa, pelo período total da hospedagem....

"Dimitris was very helpful with the directions and check in procedure, he had provided us with some pastries and wine which was very kind. The villa was clean and had all we needed to enjoy a lovely holiday. The pool was a great size and depth for the children to enjoy. The mid week clean was thorough and didn’t interfere with our plans. Overall a lovely stay with a friendly accommodation host, in a beautiful set villa. "

With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops. "A fantastic villa in a beautiful setting, the back drop has the wow factor!! Very well managed, Rosana is there for anything you need from booking excursions to taxi’s etc, she also owns a restaurant down in Sami be sure to check it out for brunches & evening cocktails! "This villa is superb. The location is in a secluded, quiet area with just 3 other villas in the location. The villas are all separate and you don't really notice the other villas although this one is close to the twin villa next door. Both remain private. "The property was on a lovely hill. The views were breathtaking. Beds were very comfortable and AC worked very well. The pool was perfect to cool off and just look at the views. Billy goats show up every morning on the hill (there is a fence so they are not on the property). Short walk to the main area of Asos which was a cute little town, restaurants, beach (water so clear) . I would highly recommend Villa Vivere to anyone coming to the area. "
